Over and Above our Partners' Expectations
Published on April 18, 2011 by XCI
As a clinical embryologist I am constantly in awe of families that use third party assisted
reproduction. Infertility treatment can be a daunting, stressful journey for all of us that
have followed this path to parenthood. But for families that can not conceive without the

Before they can even embark on their journey, they must first find their donor, and
before they can do that, they must choose a bank to work with.

Donors Make it Work
Published on November 5, 2010 by XCI
I have always found my job very rewarding. I enjoy conversing with the donors on a daily basis. Most donors don't realize that when I am having a bad day they can always bring a smile to my face and I hope that I do the same for them. I don't look at the donors as just a number or a way to make money for Xytex because they are much more than that; the donors are very well rounded, funny and intelligent individuals sincerely here to make a difference in someone's life. ~ Phoebe
