Michael J. Parish, CMA, CM, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Xytex Cryo International. Mr. Parish joined the company in 2002 and is currently responsible for all corporate finance matters including financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, financial operations, divisional finance, internal audit, and international finance. Mr. Parish also provides the vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives in alignment with Xytex’s business strategy. He has overall responsibility for the planning, delivery, and maintenance of cost effective technology solutions needed to support Xytex’s various business groups.
Mr. Parish began his career as a Finance Director with the Georgia Department of Technical and Adult Education and then several years as Director of Finance for the Augusta Regional Airport. Prior to joining Xytex Corporation, Mr. Parish was Controller/Human Resources Director for Progress Rail Company’s Augusta Division. A native of Augusta, Georgia, Mr. Parish holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from Augusta State University, is a Certified Management Accountant by the Institute of Management Accountants, is a Certified Professional Manager by the Institute of Certified Professional Managers at James Madison University and is a Certified State Financial Manager by the University of Georgia's Carl Vinsion Institute of Government.
