Kevin M. O’Brien, President, Chief Operating Officer, Xytex International, Ltd.  Before joining Xytex Corporation in 1992, Mr. O’Brien was vice president of a major banking institution in Augusta, Georgia. He has 25 years of diversified accounting experience in the manufacturing, financial and medical industries. His background includes strategic planning, auditing, financial analysis, general accounting, budgeting and data processing. Mr. O’Brien has dual bachelor degrees in accounting and finance from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana, and has done graduate study toward a master’s degree in business administration at Augusta State University. He is active in community affairs, including the Augusta Arts Council.
