Richard M. Bramblett, Ph.D., Vice President and Treasurer, Xytex International, Ltd., is retired as an Associate Dean and Director of Graduate Studies for the College of Business Administration at Augusta State University, a unit of the University System of Georgia.  Dr. Bramblett has spent more than 35 years in the information systems, health systems and educational administrative fields as a practitioner, administrator and teacher.  He is a graduate of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology where he earned bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees.
