Eastern U.S. time (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) or Zulu (Greenwich Mean Time 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.)
Monday through Friday with the exception of the following American Holidays:
New Year's Day (January 1) ***
Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)
Independence Day (July 4) ***
Labor Day (First Monday in September)
Thanksgiving (Forth Thursday in November)
Day After Thanksgiving
Christmas Eve (December 24th) ***
Christmas Day (December 25th) ***
*** If a recognized holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday will be observed as a holiday.
If a recognized holiday falls on a Sunday, the following Monday will be observed as a holiday, except
for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. When Christmas Eve falls on a Friday, Christmas holidays will be
observed on the Thursday and Friday proceeding Christmas Day. When Christmas Eve falls on Saturday,
the preceding Friday and the following Monday will be observed as holidays. When Christmas Eve falls
on Sunday, the following Monday and Tuesday will be observed as holidays. At all other times, Christmas
holidays will be observed on December 24 and December 25.
